These terms and conditions shall govern the use of the AdSource Solutionsn website and the purchase of any goods or services from it. The website is owned and operated by AdSource Solutionsn.
Please note that by accessing, using or browsing this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. AdSource Solutionsn reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms
Fees quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Our payment schedule is as follows:
30% of the total project cost will be invoiced on sign off. Work will be scheduled to commence when payment is received, (please alert your account manager to expedite scheduling).
40% will be invoiced on design approval by client.
The final 30% will be invoiced prior to completion and must be paid before the site will be made live.
Should the project exceed the agreed completion date by more than 14 days, AdSource Solutionsn reserves the right to issue the final invoice (minus 5% of the total project cost)
The final 5% will be invoiced on deployment
Authorization to Use, Permitted Uses
You may access and use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any posted policies and procedures that appear on the Website. You may provide Creative Briefs and obtain Responses only if you register as a Client. Any use of the Website is at your sole risk and responsibility. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you may Display the Website on an internet access device, and On an occasional, infrequent and ad hoc basis, and only in circumstances that constitute "fair use" under Indian copyright law, print copies of insubstantial portions of the Website. Except as expressly authorized by the foregoing sentence and as otherwise permitted herein, you may not display or print the Website and in no event may you broadcast, circulate, distribute, download, perform, publish, rent, reproduce, sell, store, transmit or create decorative works from the Website.
Operation of Website
The Company shall not be responsible for any delays or interruptions of, or errors or omissions contained in, the Website. The Company reserves the right, but shall not be required, to correct any delays, interruptions, errors or omissions. Although the Company intends to use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Website and Service accessible, the Company makes no representation, warranty or covenant that the Website or Service will be available at all times or at any time. Various circumstances may prevent or delay availability. The Company may at any time discontinue the Website in whole or in part, may change or eliminate any transmission method, and may change transmission speeds or other signal characteristics. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may result.

Placing and Accepting Orders
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and AdSource Solutionsn is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time and we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms and conditions relating to returns and exchanges.
Refund Policy
Request Procedure
Refunds must be requested by sending an email through our online contact form HERE to be eligible for consideration. Requests received by any other method including direct email to a staff member or forum private message cannot be considered or processed.
Change of Mind
For a Change of Mind refund request to be considered, it must be received by our Sales department within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not require that you provide a reason for your request; however your feedback would be appreciated. Change of mind refund requests are granted at the Sole Discretion of AdSource Solutionsn and are subject to approval. All change of mind refund requests must pass the terms and conditions outlined on this webpage to be eligible for refund consideration. Change of mind refund requests are granted at our Sole Discretion. If a change of mind refund request is granted, the client will incur a 30% (thirty) percent processing fee, to cover the costs of refunding financial transactions and time spent on the client project. Change of mind refunds apply only to single purchases. Except under extenuating circumstances, and at our sole discretion, there will be no refunds on volume purchases. When deciding to use a AdSource Solutionsn product as part of a large solution, we strongly encourage you to review this policy before purchasing. In the case of web-based visible source products, we require that you supply us with the URL of where the product was in use prior to considering your request.
Monthly Package Policy
AdSource Solutionsn monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and refunds can be requested using the above procedure. We will refund a pro-rated amount based upon the day of the month and how many hours of services have been used if you are on a monthly maintenance plan with a set amount of development hours per month. Monthly Search Engine Optimization plans can also be cancelled at any time, but are not eligible for a refund if the digital services have already been rendered.
Shipping Policy
If you elect to receive your goods by freight, courier or other form of physical mail, AdSource Solutionsn Production reserves the right to choose the distribution company. AdSource Solutionsn Production will not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of shipping. Depending on your location and the weight of the goods being shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days; however, this cannot be guaranteed, and AdSource Solutionsn Production will not be held liable for late or overdue receipt of goods.
Shipping prices will be displayed or otherwise declared prior to the final confirmation of purchase.
AdSource Solutionsn offers delivery within the Indian Territory for $15 only & in certain areas where price can be vary depending on the location.
Reasons Not Eligible For Refund – Terms and Conditions
AdSource Solutionsn reserves the right to refuse refund in the following events:
If any Intellectual Property* has been developed, deployed or created upon the clients behalf including but not limited to website design, graphics design, css development, php development, WordPress design, WordPress development or any other digital intellectual properties and services that have been rendered on behalf of the client.
Purchaser has distributed the product on peer to peer (P2P) or illegal content (Warez) websites.
Purchaser has attempted a chargeback and failed.
